We understand, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you. For this reason we offer a seven day return period. An item must have its security tag attached, intact and untampered with the condition of the item identical to the description and images when sold.

Money back Authenticity Guarantee

Our businesses lives on our reputation. Prior to listing, all items are vigorously inspected and tested by a third-party authenticator. Our authenticity guaranteed stands for the life of the product so you have peace of mind.

Lay-Bys

Our lay-by period is 4 weeks, otherwise discussed. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit and if cancelled, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the 20%. Extensions can be organised under the discretion of the consigner, feel free to contact us if this is something you require.
